CHERYL’S EXPERIENCES WITH DIETING.
After experiencing significant metabolic damage struggling with weight loss and then rebound weight gain, I began a desperate search to find a better way. What I discovered was that I had been doing it all wrong. Everything I was doing to get lean was actually slowing my metabolism, playing havoc with my hormones, robbing me of energy and making it harder and harder to get lean.

CHERYL’S LEARNINGS ABOUT METABOLISM.
I had been eating the wrong foods, was not consuming enough carbohydrates and I was doing way too much cardio. I went from surviving on 1200 calories a day to now thriving on nearly 3000 calories a day without putting on any weight or body-fat. That is when things changed and when metabolism soared. I discovered that fat loss favours a fast metabolism.

After spending years performing daily cardio, I was able to get into great shape without cardio. I was also eating delicious food, as good nutrition does not need to be boring.
