ONE GOOD REASON…….THATS ALL I NEED

Life is busy! But are the most important things being prioritised? There are a multitude of reasons why goals that are important are not being achieved.

“I am just too busy with work”…
”I am exhausted”…
”I am tired”…
”I dont feel great”…
“I have washing to do”
”I have too many family commitments”…
”the kids have soccer training”….
“There was a great show on TV”…
”it’s just so hard”…

There can be 1000 reasons why I can’t achieve a goal………but I only need one good reason to achieve it. One good reason is all that it takes.

That one reason could be because I really want it, my goal means the world to me, it makes me feel better, I want to change the way I look, I want to be a role model, I want to feel better or I want to be healthier than the day before.

FIND THE ONE GOOD REASON, COMMIT TO IT AND DO NOT ALLOW THE 1000 REASONS WHY IT CANNOT BE DONE TAKE UP ANY HEAD SPACE.

The fact of the matter is that if that one reason is committed to and it is important enough, then it will happen no matter what it takes.

If my one good reason is important enough, I will achieve my goals. If it is not, my goals will fade into insignificance and become nothing more than a hope or a lost dream.

So to get that healthy, great looking body, to lose weight, to feel better about myself, maybe compete or simply just feel better in my skin, choose that one motivating reason and don’t allow distraction by all of the negative noise.
