HOW TO LIVE TRUE TO YOURSELF

This year I am working on being true to myself. Embracing me for me and not giving two hoots about what others think. I’m digging deep and embracing what nourishes my soul and I’m ready to rock me…unapologetically.

I am far from perfect and I most certainly do not pretend to be. I am, however, perfect for me and that is what matters.

THIS IS MY PLAN HOW TO LIVE TRUER TO ME AND MAKE SURE I AM FOLLOWING MY OWN BLISS. 
I hope they can be helpful.

1. Be more still, quiet and embrace silence. This includes one day a week unplugging from technology. I will turn every device off including Instagram, Facebook, IPhones, laptops and televisions.

2. Listen to my intuition more…and I will learn to trust it. Follow the beat of my own drum.

3. Be creative again. As a child I loved to draw, to paint, to create. It nourished my soul. Why did I stop when I grew up??

4. Slow down. Breather deeper. Stop rushing. Notice how I feel and what is going on around me. Become more aware.

5. Be me, FOR ME…and not to please anyone else. I define me, how I look, how I dress, what I eat, what I do, when I sleep, when I work and when I play.

6. Be totally present whenever I am with company. This includes my children, my partner, and my parents. Everyone that I engage with deserves the gift of my undivided attention.

7. Savour the world around me, listen to the sounds, breathe in the smells, feel the vibe and relish in how it makes me feel. Experience life fully and chase the dream.
8. Be aware of what and who makes me happy and be constantly grateful.

9. Choose to be happy. Choose to be unapologetically me. Choose love and kindness. Chose to be my real self. Choose my bliss. Choose peace.

The more real I am the more I’ll connect to my purpose and bliss and the more joy I’ll live and give.

I guess this is how Pro-Metabolic nutrition came to be so important to me. The right nutrition gives me great energy, optimal health and is the secret for keeping my body in shape, effortlessly. I no longer crave or obsess about food. Being healthy and feeling good in my skin makes me feel great and enables me to focus on being meaningful and living with purpose.
