Online with video link consultation
This consists of a video link consultation with our ProComp Director and creator of the Pro-Metabolic Nutrition system, Cheryl Leigh. Your 4 week personalised nutrition plan and training program are developed after the consultation according to your health, metabolic set point, likes, and goals.
To ensure you are getting the results you seek, we offer the opportunity of a progress review 2-4 weeks after the commencement of your plan. We can then make sure you are getting great results, and offer adjustments and updates to your plan as necessary so that you CONTINUE getting great results.

Yes. We recommend ongoing reviews for the very best results. The reviews offer ongoing support and more importantly, ensures more accountability to improve metabolism and deliver the best results possible. We can then ensure you are making progress according to you goals, and tweak your plans as necessary. A progress sheet and review form is sent as a part of the review process. The progress sheet is submitted at the commencement of your plan and again at either the 2-week or 4-week mark as determined by the client’s review option.
Progress sheets and photos are sent to an email specifically set up for personalised plans.
Results are analysed, feedback is provided and the plans are updated and emailed back to your nominated email address.
Your personal plan is a one off plan. The document constructed is extremely comprehensive and most questions can be answered by reading through the document.
Access to coaches and email responses is an additional paid service that is available upon request.
