ProComp Team

Cheryl and Blair are passionate about working with EVERYONE to improve health, achieve hormonal balance, optimise metabolism and create great looking bodies. From feeling fantastic in skinny jeans, all the way through to contest prep (novices to PRO’s, models to bodybuilders)

Our Pro-metabolic meal plans are based on the research U.S endocrinologist, Dr. Ray Peat and we get amazing results by prioritising metabolism and hormonal balance.

Cheryl Leigh

Cheryl is a high profile, fitness and nutrition writer, speaker and blogger. Cheryl is also an active, current professional trained figure athlete with WFF International and NABBA.  Cheryl is the founder of the ProComp Pro-Metabolic nutrition system after having experiencing metabolic damage herself. Cheryl is a very successful coach and international judge.For the past 17 years she has worked extensively with boot-campers, post-baby mothers, weight-loss clients all of the way through to competition body models and professional body athletes.

BLAIR LOVEDAY

Formerly an executive in a medical laboratory, Blair left his corporate role in 2013 to work in the health and fitness industry. Blair is an accomplished and experienced athlete, coach and judge spanning a career of nearly 30 years. As an athlete, Blair has won multiple titles, the overall Mr. Australia and has competed internationally numerous times. Blair also holds the prestigious position as the WFF International Pro Director and travels the world to promote health, fitness, ProComp and WFF International globally.
